Production method of zeolite

1. More than 40 kinds of natural zeolites have been found all over the world, among which the most common ones are clinoptilolite, mordenite, chabazite, erionite, zirconium zeolite, heuerite, hazelite, pyroxene and analcite. Clinoptilolite and mordenite have been extensively utilized. Zeolite is mainly produced in fissures or amygdala of volcanic rocks, coexisting with calcite, chalcedony, and quartz, and also in pyroclastic deposits and hot spring deposits, mainly by flotation, gravity separation, magnetic separation, etc.;

2. Mix the sodium silicate aqueous solution, aluminum sulfate aqueous solution and tetrapropylammonium bromide (TPABr), at (165±56) ℃, under the stirring speed of 90~150 r/min, carry out the crystallization reaction for 48h, separate, wash and drying to obtain the finished product (if the template agent is changed from tetrapropylammonium bromide to tetrabutylammonium bromide, the ZSM-1l zeolite can be obtained).
